Program delivery

The KRANK school holiday program is delivered during the following dates:

  • Saturday 27 June and Sunday 12 July 2026
  • Saturday 19 September and Sunday 5 October 2026
  • Saturday 9 January and Sunday 24 January 2027
  • Tuesday 30 March and Sunday 11 April 2027.

(Note: activities are not delivered on public holidays)

We try to ensure that all areas of Logan experience the KRANK program. You can propose when and where to deliver an activity but flexibility around delivery location is preferred. You can choose to run an activity as a one-off, or multiple times in the school holidays.

You may like to suggest an activity for children, focus more on teens – or run a program for both!

Participant registration

You must be able to manage bookings for your activity as part of the KRANK School Holiday program. Bookings open on the following dates:

  • Monday 15 June 2026, 9:00am
  • Monday 7 September 2026, 9:00am
  • Monday 14 December 2027, 9:00am
  • Monday 15 March 2027, 9:00am.

Participants will book via the Bookable booking system. Registrations can only be accepted after 9:00am on the opening days. Events listings will be managed by Council, as a provider you will need to manage the enquiries and payment for the activity. 

Provider reporting

  1. At the end of each, all participants that attended, will need to be checked in via the booking system. Reports are required to be submitted by the due date.
  2. Once reporting is complete, invoices will be paid as per the amount outlined in your contract. Invoices will be paid based on your trading terms approved by Council.
