Fee schedule for waste

Overview

Domestic waste is waste brought in by a Logan resident or ratepayer from a residential property. Domestic fees apply. It is not domestic waste if taken from a residential property in a commercial arrangement (see commercial waste below).

Green waste is only grass cuttings, trees, shrubs, loppings of trees, bushes or shrubs, or similar matter. It does not include processed timber products such as fencing, pallets, posts wall/floor sheeting, etc. All timber products will be deemed ‘construction and demolition’ waste and applicable fees will apply.

Tree stumps are any woody vegetation that has a diameter of greater than 40 cm, charged at construction and demolition rate and only accepted at Browns Plains.

Clean fill / soil / dirt / concrete loads greater than “Waste Small” will only be accepted at Browns Plains.
