Clean Up Australia Day

Every year Australia-wide, hundreds of thousands of Australians get stuck in and clean up their local environment by collecting and removing rubbish.

To support our community taking part in Clean Up Australia Day in March we will accept Clean Up Australia Day bags at our waste and recycling facilities free of charge.

Join over 1 million Australians for Clean Up Australia Day.

You can register or join a clean up site with family, friends and colleagues.

Community groups and organisations, schools, early learning centres and businesses can create a clean up and 'Step Up to Clean Up'. Site supervisors get a free kit containing bags, gloves, information and promotional materials.

If you can’t wait for March you can Clean Up Australia any day of the year with Clean Up Australia.
