Logan Housing Service Centre

 

 

Information on housing options and rental assistance.

Elders in Residence are at the Logan Housing Service Centre every Monday and Wednesday between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
Queensland Statewide Tenant Advice and Referral Service (QSTARS) Independent information, advice and support with tenancy issues.
Queensland Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) Information for tenants and property owners about renting in Queensland, including beginning and ending tenancies and resolving disputes.
Wesley Mission Support Those at Risk of Homelessness (STAR) A free voluntary, safe and confidential service that will work with you to maintain your current housing or seek other suitable housing.
Wesley Mission Specialist Youth Housing Service (SYHS) Provides support for young people and families aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to gain or maintain a tenancy.

SYHS also includes access to immediate and transitional supported accommodation properties in the Logan area.
YFS Centre Based Response Service Help to find crisis accommodation, where available. Support to apply for private rentals, social housing or bond loans, and to maintain your tenancy.
YFS Homelessness Outreach Team Can offer support, information and advice to people sleeping rough in parks, temporary shelters, tents or vehicles.
